Decembre 18, 2015. Flaviu Turcu received the highest Cluj County distinction, “Honor for Cluj”, from the Prefect Gheorghe Vuscan.

At the 4th edition the teen institutions and personalities, who, through their work in different areas, helped to promote positive images of Cluj domestically and internationally were honored. The 2015 distinction for research category was granted to Flaviu Turcu, assistant professor at Physics Department within Babes-Bolyai University.
