Grading system:
35 % final exam, 25 % midsemester exam, 25 % class activity and home-works 15% extra problems
additional up to 10 % research projects! (must be finished before 2 Dec.)
The letter grade: 95-100%:A ; 90-95%:A- ; 85-90%:B+ ; 80-85%:B ; 75-80%:B- ; 70-75%:C+
65-70%:C ; 60-65%:C- ; 50-60%:D ; <50%: F
Class activity evaluated by the professor at the end of the semester.
